1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Copped mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Copped is a sneaker release tracking and alert application that provides users with information about upcoming sneaker releases, live drop alerts, raffle notifications, and related content. The App offers both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information (phone number)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You are at least 13 years of age
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

The App offers premium subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that provide access to additional features including live alerts, detailed release information, and more.

Billing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Copped and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sneaker images and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of release information, stock data, or pricing
• We do not guarantee that alerts or notifications will be delivered in real time or at all
• We are not responsible for missed releases or purchases due to App errors or delays
• Profit estimates shown are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copped and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
